1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 3. Disclaimer of Warranties (Informational Purposes Only) You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Not Professional Advice: The news summaries and stories provided by the App are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we utilize automated tools to summarize current events quickly, all news content is provided "as is." We do not guarantee absolute perfection, completeness, or real-time accuracy of any news brief or source material.

  • No Liability for Reliance: We are not responsible or liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or damages incurred based on your reliance on the information, summaries, or news provided by the App.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Payments We offer expanded content limits and premium features (such as unlimited interest categories) through auto-renewing subscriptions.

  • Billing: All payments, subscriptions, and refunds are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. We do not directly process or store your payment information.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Cancellations: You must manage or cancel your subscriptions directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App or your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

5. User Accounts and Security To access certain features and personalized feeds, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. User Data and Preferences When you select your metropolitan area and interest categories in the App ("User Preferences"):

  • Ownership: You retain all rights to your account data and personalized settings.

  • License to Process: You grant us the right to process your selected interests and geographic preferences to curate, filter, and deliver your personalized daily news feed.

  • Restrictions: You agree not to manipulate or exploit the account profile system to bypass tier limits or overload our databases.

7. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App's source code, FlutterFlow framework, or Firebase backend infrastructure.

  • Automate requests, scrape, copy, redistribute, or sell the curated news summaries from our databases.

  • Share your Premium account credentials with multiple users to bypass subscription fees.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] and its partners, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or reliance on news content, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or email. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
